About Long View Forest
Founded in 1999, Long View Forest has grown steadily from a three-person logging crew into a diversified company with employees working across multiple divisions to support LVF's mission and meet the needs of our clients.
While all our services are available individually, we believe we best serve our clients using an integrated approach that leverages the talents, knowledge and passion of our entire team as a cohesive unit.
- Forest Management and Consulting: Provides assessment, planning and project management services to all landowner clients.
- Woodland Services: Works closely with both Forest Management and Contracting staffs in the care and tending of the forest. The varied activities they focus on create critical links in the chain of treatments necessary to achieve excellent results through the long lives of trees.
- Contracting- Logging Operations: Manages all logging projects and timber harvesting activities.
- Contracting- Other Services: A second segment of Contracting covers the full management and operations of a wide array of contract work and service projects.
- Log Yards and Log Sales: LVF operates log yards at our Westminster, VT and Hartland, VT locations. Both are easily accessible from Interstate 91.
